Submission Guidelines and Eligibility

1. Applicants should be nonprofit organizations recognized for their tax-exempt status under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Please include a copy of the letter verifying your organization's tax exempt status unless you have applied to CBI's Social Action Committee in the past two years
2. Organizations should provide services to people living in the greater Portland community including Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas, and Clark Counties.
3. Organizations should identify the appropriate fund for the request (as detailed in the form field below).
4. A typical donation grant is $1,000-$5,000.
